Liability and Indemnification

Vehicle Damage:

Diamondback Mobile Auto Services assumes no liability for any damage to the vehicle that is not directly caused by our service actions. Any claims must be reported immediately or within 24 hours.

Service Liability:

Diamondback Mobile Auto Services is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions of the vehicle that may affect the service outcome. Our responsibility is limited to providing services with reasonable skill and care.

Indemnification:

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Diamondback Mobile Auto Services and its representatives from any claims, damages, or costs arising from use of the service.

Additional Service Terms

Estimates:

All estimates are based on visible conditions and may change if additional issues are found. Customer approval will be obtained before proceeding.

Warranty:

  • 1-Year Labor Warranty on workmanship

  • 2-Year Parts Warranty (when parts are supplied by us)

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, customer-supplied parts, or pre-existing issues.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Deposits may be required for certain services.

Mobile Service Conditions:

Customer must provide a safe and accessible work environment. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.
